The New iPhone is leaked!
If you haven't been on the internet at all yesterday, you may have not heard about the next generation iPhone being uncovered. I don't usually care about posts like those but this one is interesting in the fact that is was not an official uncovering by Apple.
This prototype was acquired by Gawker media who supposedly put a $10,000 bounty on getting a sneak peek of the phone. Posted on their sister site, Gizmodo, all the Apple geeks were all over the post, reaching over 5 million hits throughout the day.
Of course, Apple has asked for it back and Gizmodo is happy to agree. I'm sure Steve Jobs is super pissed and whoever got ten grand to leak the phone is feeling good. Is this the beginning of checkbook blogging?

Not all is forgotten
So I brought Fly As a Kite back to blogspot a couple months ago. While the first few posts were set up quickly, it was hard to get back into the groove of blogging after losing all my old stuff of two years. I haven't forgotten about Fly As a Kite though.
It has been a busy past month in the free time section. Final Fantasy 13 came out and took most of two weeks with still a long way to go (I'm at the half way point). I've also been writing a story out for an idea I've had sitting in my mind for the past year. Just finishing the rough draft of the script, I figured this was a good time to head back to the blog. So expect some more updates soon and regularly.
I also wanted to mention a great movie I saw recently called Cinema Paradiso. It's an Italian film from 1988 (and won an academy award for best foreign film) about a man reflecting on his childhood in a small Sicilian city. The movie is full of so many themes, it's hard to believe a film can fit them all and still be so good. I would recommend it for anyone, but I must warn you, there are slow parts and it is subtitled. Check it out if you get a chance, and you will be delighted.

Wishlist: Mr. Bathing Ape X Regal Shoes
I don't wear dress shoes often but these shoes, a collaboration between Bape and United Arrows, are nice. I prefer the pair on the right with the Bapesta logo on the toe. Both are released later this month for what I'm sure will be a ridiculous price. More pics after the jump.
